Exciting News! NNN is pleased to invite you to The Annual Member & Volunteer Celebration on the afternoon of Saturday, May 18^th. This year’s themed “Let’s Par-Tea” event will be one of several different events being planned throughout 2024 to commemorate our 5-year anniversary. 

Thanks to the generosity of Laurel Cove Community, an afternoon tea of sweet and savory bites along with tea and coffee will be served in their dining room.

NNN members will have an opportunity to win one of a few raffle gifts, and all attendees will be eligible to compete for a “best party hat” prize. Hats are not required, of course, but if the mood strikes... Please consider wearing something festive in honor of the celebration!

Seating in the dining room is limited to 100, and only parties with confirmed reservations will be admitted. 

NOTE: We will not be able to accommodate special dietary needs at this event. You are encouraged to bring a light snack that you’d enjoy while visiting with fellow NNN community members and volunteers.

• Parking:

  Enter via 15th Ave., a free private parking lot is available on your left as you come down the driveway and is located directly across from the entrance to the Laurel Cove building. Drivers may drop members who need a bit of assistance off at the entrance before parking.

  Exit along the right end of the building using the driveway access by North City Lumber which leads directly to 175^th St.  This avoids having to turn left onto 15th Ave. NNN volunteers will be on hand to help guide you.

   

• Transportation: Members needing transportation to the party should request a ride to/from the event at the time of registration.

Registration is now open for current NNN members and volunteers on a first come/first served basis. 

Here’s how to register:

• Sign in to your account on the NorthwestNeighborsNetwork.org website. 

• From the Home page, click on the Join tab at the top, and select Find an Event from the drop down list. Click over to the May calendar.

• Look for the Let’s Par-Tea event on May 18^th and click on that event. 

• Click on the Register button on the right side of the page and follow the instructions. Remember to Save your registration before you exit! You will receive an immediate confirmation that your registration was successful, and you’ll also receive an email confirmation.
  • If you don’t see the Register button, double check to make sure you’ve signed into your account on the website. Only current NNN members and volunteers will be able to register.
   
• Don’t forget to request transportation when you register if you’re a member and need a ride. Click on the Request Transportation button on the event page and follow the instructions.

• NOTE: If another NNN member living in your home is coming with you, please be sure to register both of you at the time of registration to ensure both of you have a reserved spot for the party.
