In Case You Missed It - Dr. Vin Gupta Town Hall Recording
Were you there? If so, you saw a great, information-packed event with all of the latest facts about COVID-19 treatment and how we can all be informed and prepared for what to do now and in the near future.

If you missed it, here's the link to the October 15th virtual town hall with Dr. Vin Gupta, co-hosted by NNN and UW Bothell:
"Preparing for a Post-COVID Future: Implications for protecting the health of seniors"

A big shout-out to NNN Board Director, Dr. Robin Fleming, for her efforts in arranging for and moderating this timely event.

Ready for some live music and games?

Saturday, October 30th

Join volunteer host Sharon Link at Third Place Commons upper level Lake Forest Park on Saturday October 30th from 3-5 p.m. Let the music get your toes tapping while you play a friendly game of cards, Uno, Apples to Apples or similar. We wear masks and plan to sit toward the back (closer to the meeting room and toward the restroom) if we can get a couple of tables at that spot. Look for the Northwest Neighbors Network table sign. Rainy City Riff Raff is the featured band. If you’re hungry or thirsty, grab something at one of the three carry-away restaurants at the Commons. Bring your own. Or just come and enjoy the music, games and company!

About Rainy City Riff Raff (from their Facebook page):Rainy City Riff Raff specializes in everything  from the Big Band Era to classic rock and R&B..."From the Dorsey Brothers to the Blues Brothers"!  The band delivers a fast-paced show and connects with audiences of all ages.  You’ll hear swing (Bobby Darin, Ella, Frank and the rest of the rat pack), jump blues, a little jazz, plenty of rock n’ roll, R&B, disco, Motown, some Latin rhythms, and the occasional fun surprise.”
