Look for NNN at Brier's SeaScare and Porch Light Community Parade and Festival!
About this event
Come out and support this community festival! Cheer on some of our Board Members and NNN volunteers as they march in the parade with others. The theme is scary sea creatures, octopi, pirates, boats, nautical or any sea related idea. The parade features a variety of entertaining participants, local classic cars, race cars and a couple bands including the Kenmore and District Pipe Band.
The short parade begins promptly at 7:00 p.m. It starts just north of the Brier library (Brier Road & 232nd) and moves south down Brier Road ending just past the Elsner Law Offices and Kid Zone (238th).
Beverages, food and other services will be available from all the merchants during the event.
Immediately following the parade, enjoy the Brier Salmon Derby, sponsored by the Fish Market at QFC - Look for a staff member at the Park Booth booth, near Jason's Java, and get a FREE ticket to the drawing for the big fish. Must be present to win.
Celebrate with NNN! If you're interested in joining the NNN walkers, please contact Social@NorthwestNeighborsNetwork.org for details.
