If you are sick of having goals that never seem to materialize or if you are tired of feeling disorganized, consider learning to create TINY HABITS. Join fellow NNN member and certified instructor of Tiny Habits, Cynthia Orr, as she leads us in this interactive workshop offered over Zoom. In 3 one hour sessions, Cynthia will teach you how to create your own TINY HABIT "recipes" as she provides coaching and support to make the changes you want. And you will have fun celebrating your successes!

The workshop is limited to 10 participants, who must register in advance. For a successful workshop, Cynthia asks that you commit to attending each of the 3 sessions, which will take place from 2:00-3:00 on 3 consecutive Friday afternoons: January 28, February 4 and February 11, 2022. She encourages all participants to read the book, Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything, by B.J. Fogg, PhD in advance of the workshop if possible. The book is available through the libraries, Kindle, Audiobook on Audible or at online and retail bookstores.
